CREDIT CRITERIA

ESTABLISHED BUSINESSES NEED APPLY

Businesses need to be 2+ years time in business to apply for credit. A signed and dated application is required. On deals over $150,000 additional financial information (Tax Returns/ Financials) can be requested. We are looking for established credits with over 660 personal credit scores. We also pull a business report which has Paydex and Paynet scores to make sure the company has clean credit.

NEWER BUSINESSES ARE CONSIDERED

We do process applications for newer businesses up to $100,000. A business under 2 years time in business must be a homeowner and have established credit above a 640 score up to $35,000. The owner must have credit above 680 to go to $50,000 and 700+ to go over $50,000

As long as the applications are thoroughly filled out and signed and dated by the owners, most applications are decisioned in about 4 hours. The underwriter might ask for 3 months bank statements or to clarify something on the business report but that is easy to rectify. Once the deal is approved, the contracts are requested and they usually get to the customer in a few hours. They are done by Docusign or over the internet, so they can be ratified the same day.
